It is a 2 day winter season festival held every year in the last week of December promoting cultural heritage of the state with performances, dance and music performances, craft market and food court. The garden also organises mango competition, carts competition for school students, cultural programmes, crafts bazar, food court and evening cultural dance programme. Live folk arts and cultural programmes are also an integral event in the festival.
